CREATING PERSPEX PHOTO FRAME FOR BUSINESS PROJECTS & INTERIOR DESIGNERS
A good portion of our business comes from customers who want to create wall art or perspex photo frame for their business.
Some of our clients come to us with their own images. Many are looking to source images for their wall art. We recently completed a job for a private holiday villa rental.
The Villa was being refurbished with new carpets, floorings and custom timber cabernets. The entire makeover included a re-paint and new soft furnishings.
This client selected images from Professional Photographer Perrin Clarke https://www.perrinclarkephotography.com.au. Perrins landscape Photography fit beautifully into the Villa with its location. We then had to make each piece work with the newly renovated colours.
Along with the client and Perrin Clarke, the photographer, we selected images, sizes and made sure the perspex photo frames fit the spaces perfectly. The collection was completed to the timeline, and we had the works installed by our team.
WORKING WITH THE INTERIOR DESIGNER, THE ARTIST & THE CLIENT
There are a few things that we always start out with and should be considered when starting a project, and we are here to help.
We begin an interior design job by measuring the wall space from top to bottom and from side to side.
Once you have those measurements, we can start to determine what size of wall art will suit the space.
You can have a single acrylic art piece, or make a statement by combining multiple parts.
We will then look at samples with the interior designer or owner, wall colour, carpet, timber cabernets and soft furnishings that will be in each room.
SELECTING IMAGES THAT LOOK AT HOME IN THE SPACE
When beginning your search for wall art, remember that any file less than one megabyte cannot be made into anything bigger than a 30×40 acrylic print.
We offer software that can increase the d.p.i. of an image, however, there are certain restrictions. If the file you select is tiny, we will not be able to increase it, due to pixelation.
At Imagebank Australia, we are happy to give advice on file size and what can be achieved. You can send us your photos for examination, and we also encourage you to call us to discuss images. We answer calls 7 days a week.
WHERE TO FIND IMAGES
There are many sites where you can buy images for your Perspex Photo Frames or wall art, as well as sites that offer free images.
Alternatively, use pictures from your iPhone or camera. We also have a vast range of stock images. Once you have found the perfect image, we will go over it with you to ensure we have the proper dimensions and file size.
THE BEST MEDIUM FOR THE PROJECT: PERSPEX PHOTO FRAME
You have your image, but now we need to decide what medium will best compliment your project.
We have many options available, and we will work with you to determine what medium suits your needs. Acrylic or Perspex Photo Frame– If you are looking to do many prints, then the best choice is printing on Acrylic. Printing on Acrylic is modern, chic and offers a very fast turn around time. It can be hung frameless or framed.
Canvas Prints are also a great way to go, we use fine art canvas with a heat laminated seal. This seals in the inks and adds a lasting protective coat.
The canvas is stretched with a hanging system included. We also have a range of Traditional and Fine Art print papers.
We are excited to work with you on your project. Be it choosing photos, deciding what medium to print on, or selecting a display option–we are here to help. Every project is different, and we enjoy the challenge of creating a look that you can be proud of.
