Can you make my own photograph, picture or artwork into a print?
Yes, we can use your own image digital image to create a photo canvas or acrylic print. Please contact us with your exact requirements.

Please let us know your order details, i.e. acrylic prints, canvas prints, acrylic block, photographic or canvas print, the size required and your delivery details with a telephone number. We’ll send through an invoice.
What size can I enlarge my images to?
The range and quality of digital cameras are huge and the quality settings within these devices are even larger! If you need some help, email the image to us and a member of the team will help you.
Does my print come ready to hang, and how far is the art away from the wall?
All our canvas prints are ready to hang and framed. Our stretcher bars are 1.5 to 3 cm. deep.
Acylic Wall Prints have hanging fixtures added to the back of the print.
Photographic Prints and Fine Art prints come rolled in postage tubes.
Will the colours on my print be the same as what I see on my monitor?
We try to ensure that the colours you see are as close as possible to the actual printed canvas print. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee an exact colour match as on-screen colours will vary dependent upon your monitor settings and resolutions.Please Note: Colours will vary from computer screens. We use Adobe (1998) colour space with a colour source of 6500k (daylight) or sRGB.
Our screens and printers are calibrated on a regular basis to maintain accurate colour. If you receive your product and it is not the same as what your screen displays, it means your screen is not calibrated correctly.If colour accuracy is most important to you, please calibrate your screen to the print industry standard as listed above using a spectrometer.
Ensure no part of your screen is exposed to direct sunlight and no bright lights are shining on your screen – your screen should be the brightest light source in the room. This will give you a reasonable representation of the printed product.Our experienced staff will ensure all colours are natural and true to life.
Can I order a print and have it to be sent to another address?
Yes, you can. Contact Us your requirements when you check out and we will post your canvas print to the address provided.
The print size I want isn't listed. Can you supply my print in a bespoke size?
Yes, we have the new online ordering system, the length plus width of the closest size on the price list will be an accurate price.

Acrylic Wall Mount
Minimum Sizes are 25cm × 30cm.
Max Width 106cm, Max Length 300cm.
Acrylic Blocks sizes
Minimum Size are 20cm x 15cm
Max imum Size 30cm x 30cm.
We can also cut almost any length and width of customised blocks. Please Contact Us if you would like a block greater than our maximum size above.

How long will it take for my print to arrive at my address?
We aim to ship all prints within 3 working days of you placing your order.
Can I pay by cheque or online bank transfer for my canvas print?
Yes, send us your cheque in the post and once payment has cleared, we will ship your print to you.
